Rosemarie. I stated in a previous post that the download of the service pack 3 was 300 megs in size. I do not know if you are reading list messages, or if you cannot comprehend list message content, but you are making it difficult for people to help you. It appears that you are not reading messages in their entirety. The end result is that you will be making people feel as though you are wasting their time. You are ultimately putting yourself at a disadvantage.
