alt ,control, up arrow won't work with jaws running I HAVE TO CLOSE JAWS

my screen is showing upside down.
I tried to fix it by the keyboard shortcut pressing Ctrl+Alt+the up arrow
key all at the same time.
However, still its the same. Is there any other solution to correct the
problem?
