I have not had your particular problem but, I have had similar weird
issues
with Outlook Express. Rebootting the computer seems to fix the issue most
of the time. Hope it helps you in this instance. Take care.

for some reason when i read an email whenever i press the escape key to
come out of the email jaws says colour and announces who the next email is
from
can someone tell me how to correct this so that it no longer says colour
