Hi, Your downloaded mail should go to outlook and you should be in inbox because there is a choice to have outlook 2003 start in your inbox. Press f 9 and your stuff should download. There are tons of options to set so go to tools and options. I don't know if someone has ever posted a list of options that work best witgh jaws.
