I normally just download/make use of portable version, which you literally just extract to where you want to run it from, and then you don't even need to uninstall it as such - just delete the folder later on.

This is also the version that will generally run quite happily off of a flash drive on most windows computers.

No, you don't have to worry about NVDA overwriting JAWS. You can use both screen readers on the same computer.
