hello there;

try the following;

1, system tray, insert+f11,

arrow down and look for Intel graphics,

press enter.
now up/down arrow and enter on, graphics options,
now, up/down arrow and enter on rotation sub-menu,
make sure it's set to,
normal;

now the next thing is;

Disabling Screen Orientation Hotkeys



1. go to system tray, enter on, "Intel graphic".

2. Arrow until you hear, graphic options sub-menu, right arrow to open.

3. Up-arrow until you hear, "hotkes Sub-menu", right arrow to open.

4. Down-arrow until you hear disable, press enter.

Note, make sure you have rotated your screen back to original position before you disable the hotkeys.

I am using jaws 11 and xp. I have been told that everything that comes up on the screen is sideways. How do I rectify this and stop it from occurring again . Step by step instructions would be appreciated.
