I have a 1 TB hd. Using windows 7 32 bit and the drive is usb 2.0. When I turn the drive on you hear the windows tone notifying about new hardware however the drive is not seen. Sometimes if I turn it off and back on I then can access. Today I attempted that 3 times and then the system indicated that it had to be formatted.
