hello there;

1, while in the MSOutlook inbox,
press ctrl+shift+l=distribution list.

2. your being asked for a name of group, so type in name in the edit field.

3. now, press alt-key, you will hear,
virtual ribbons, distributions tab,

4. now down arrow until you hear;
members sub-menu, right arrow to open,

5, enter on select members,

now, you will need to shift+tab until you hear;
the first entry in your contacts.

now arrow and,
enter on a contact's name, now tab okay and enter.

How do I select members to be in a distribution list in Outlook 2007/? I can see how to name the distribution, but what do you do after to add members to that list? I am running windows 7, jaws 12 outlook 2007 on a 64 bit machine. Jim
