Hi everyone I'm having a problem with my Jaws 11. I'm finding that sometimes if I'm on a webpage or reading a word document and I move my arrow keys down quickly to skip to what I want to find, that my Jaws will freeze and stop speaking. I then do start menu key, p to get to programs menu and start up Jaws from there. Sometimes it re-boots and sometimes it doesn't. I normally have to re-start my computer. Also I've recently got a box appearing saying Jaws has encountered a problem with an application and needs to close, but there's only an ok button, no error message at all. I'm not sure what to do about this one and would be glad of some help.
