There is an audio tutorial on the server discussing this very subject for 
both audio and data disks.

hi
what i did was this
insert cd in drive
select and run c dex
tab to the list of songs
that was where it said selected to each key press with the up and down arrow
selected 3 songs
the other song titles  jaws said not selected

then pressed applications key
no sign of send to sub menu
