wonder if it has anything to do with the bcc field showing? I know you said
she didn't use that, but think I heard somewhere or I dreamt it, after she
sends it, if she does a shift tab to the "to field" she should be able to
see the names.
If not, then I will visit the doctor, I feel a headache coming on,lol

Thank you very much for your input. We have tried as you suggested & only
the first 2 names show up in the, To, field. Her name was the fourth one
