Jim,
Try this.
Open the address book and highlight the distribution list to which you
want
to add the member.
Press the application key and enter on Properties.
In the next window press Alt H, then T
Now arrow down the list to the name you want to add
When that name is highlighted tab to OK and press enter.
I think that will do it.

Janey, something is weird here. So, I hit control 3, and it says type a
new
contact. So I hit bat, and all it keeps saying is, type a new contact. Do
I
have outlook set up all wrong? Jim
