Tune up Utilities is pretty a good windows doctor in order to have a full
system care.
I'm using and can suggest it to you

From the start menu, select run and type %temp% into the edit field and
hit enter. That should bring up a list of your temporary files. HTH

Anna,
Are you trying to find them because you want to look at them or do
you just want to delete them. If you only want to delete them, check
the delete temporary files button and the program will do it for you.
It knows where to find them.
