Hi all,
I haven't experienced this myself but maybe it's because I'm not on a server.
My friend says that the people at her company turn Smart Quotes off,
but when the server is updated, the Smart Quotes are turned back on
and since this happens while the office is closed they don't know
when it has happened. Is there a way to turn the Smart Quotes off and
keep them off?
