Yes thanks for that tip. I also wondered where the attachments are stored?
I'd thought it would be in Docs and Settings/me/Application data/Outlook or
the like.

Glad you found it, but remember those folders aren't actually all that 
separate on the hard drive as such - they generally get stored inside a 
single outlook folder called something like outlook.pbx, under your user 
settings, etc.

Glad you got it back anyway...
