Do you mean webvisum? If so there is a great explanation of what to do by hitting either control f1 or insert f1. I believe it is control 6 to have it figure out the captia and then it will put it in the clipboard. If this is not what you meant I apologize. It has been a while since I have used it so just check the f1 help for it if my instructions are wrong grin.
