I can find the Outlook program but when I try to open it nothing happens and
I am told that I need to retry to access the exchange server. Any other
suggestions?

first you could,
redo the email account,
so, either remove the account completely, or, you could make changes, to

current setting you have.

A few days ago I tried to set up an e-mail account using Outlook which is
part of my Office 2003 program on my computer. Somehow, I didn't
configure
the Exchange server and the Outlook component is not working. I also
wanted
to use the calendar in Outlook and that can't be done now.
How do I fix this problem or do I need to reinstall the Office 2003 and
start over.
