for windows xp the adobe flash player is found in the control pannel.
Just click on start menue and then click on control pannel and then once you are in the control pannel just arrow down the list to add or remove programs and enter on it and a list of programs will appear then choose adobe flash player 10 active x from the list and then tab once and you will hear support information enter on it and then use the jaws curser to read the information and you will find the version of the adobe flash player that you are using.
