Hi Donnie,
While in Internet Explorer
go to the tools menu, and open manage add-ons.
and look for any toolbars there, and disable as needed.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Internet Explorer Question

I am using Windows XP and Internet Explorer 8. For some reason every time I go to the web, I am having trouble with some type of tool bars. Can someone please tell me how to correct this problem?

Thanks,
Donnie
