Hi All; I am sending this question for someone who is unable to send out messages from their AOL account.
Hi, I use aol for email and every time I send an email I receive the following message: 554 5.2.1 MUST COMPLETE IMAGE PUZZLE BEFORE SENDING. PLEASE GOTO http://challenge.aol.com/spam.html. I have googled the message and the only suggestion I found that might work is to download a program hijackthis, which I have never used it before so don't wanna try it. Again, I only get this email when sending messages but i can still receive messages. If nobody can help I will just go and use another email. Thank you. Hope you all can get this person fixed up.
