  Hi John;
  1. Press Windows key + R, to open the run dialog box.
  2. Type "msconfig", without the quotes, into the run dialog box.
  3. Press Control + Tab, until you land on the Startup Page. After
msconfig
is opened I'm pretty sure it is 5, controltabs.
  4. Arrow down this list but, pay really close attention to what Jaws reads
to you. I would suggest that you slow down your reading rate.
  5. If you find the item you are looking for, and it's checked, press the
  spacebar to uncheck it.
  6. Tab to okay, press enter, & press yes on reboot the computer.
  7. When the computer restarts, it's going to read some message about
selective starting mode. Tab 1 time to " don't show this message "
checkbox, press the spacebar to check this box, & tab 1 more time to okay
&
  press enter.

  Hope this helps. Take care.
  Mike

Now that you found the msconfig, alt tab until you hear start-up. arrow
down to the program you want to remove and uncheck the box. note: be
careful
not to uncheck any windows components or things you're not familiar with,
because you can remove important files that makes your pc run.
After you've unchecked the program you want to remove, tab down and hit
ok. It will then ask you to reboot.

    Best Regards, Cornell
