I am also having a problem similar to this.

The main difference is that the computer isn't letting me access certain
folders on my computer, and giving me an error that I don't have permission
to access the folder, even though I'm listed as an administrator.

I'm running Windows Vista, and Jaws 11, and it happens, both over the
network, and when I'm working directly with the computer.

In the former case, I'm running Windows XP, and trying to access a main
harddrive on the computer running Windows XP, and on the latter, I'm working
directly on the computer running Vista business edition, and when I go into
any folder, like documents and settings, or a similar folder like that, I'm
not able to access the folder because I might not have permission to access
this folder, and that I should contact the administrator to fix this
problem.

Like I said, I am the administrator, and that is how I'm logged in as such,
so why can't this administrator fix this problem? LOL.

I would appreciate any input on this.
