Hi John,
The problem usually occurs
if the connection drops for some reason between your system and your ISP's
mail server,
or the connection is interrupted between your ISP's mail server, and the
mail server for the list mail you are subscribed to.
If this is happening on a regular basis, it is probably time to contact your
ISP,
I have found in the past, that the ISP will blame the problem on your
system, when in fact it is their mail server.

The problem is most likely with the mail server, not your system.
Give it some time, it will probably resolve on it's own.

I hope someone has an answer for this one. On some e-mail lists, I am
getting double messages. I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2003. Is there a

to fix that problem? Other members of the same group don't appear to be
having the problem so it must be unique to my system.
