Mailing lists are in fact quite accessible to create by a blind person,
take
note of this list you are currently subscribed and my email address that
follows my signature. I've done them on Yahoo, Google and on my own server
space that I rent where this list is housed.
If you have never done it before there is a bit of a learning curve no
matter which way you go but it is obviously quite possible.
