HI Yvonne, You can locate it on microsoft.com. Will probably have to hit downloads page and I'm sure IE 9 release candidate will be featured. The no ttracking feature stops advertisers from tracking your searches, which also helps with spam emails. I haven't read the full functionality of it though, but I do have the feature turned on.
