As in not sure of standard winamp commands, but at least with jaws, in the winamp playlist editor, I just hit shift + L to add a folder to the current playlist, or else, if winamp is already open/running, right clicking on a specific file in windows explorer and choosing to enqueue in winamp seems to add it to the current playlist, and to clear the current playlist in winamp itself, hitting ctrl + N in the playlist editor window seems to clear it, and make a new one, and ctrl + S there will then let you save it for future reference.
