When you open a Google account, of course you have to fill in all the edit fields, name, desired user name, plus you have to check the availability of the user name. And then there is that good old caption. But Google has a great sounding voice for the audio to hear and enter the numbers you hear. I've set up a few in the past month or so, and it's pretty easy. Once you set the account successfully, it will bring you to a welcome page. So if you didn't see this page, it's probably not set up. You can contact me off list if you need any help.
