On a win 7 machine is there a way to remove and re-install I e 8? Something is really messed up for one web page. From my local news paper mobile site I can click on local weather then extended information that can give an hourly report. For some reason the link for the extended does not give the Pottsville but F*&^! Austria. At first I thought Ihad some kind of virus. I was on the phone for almost 4 hours with eset support. In a sharing session they used every tool available to check my computer and it is clean My wife’s macbook the link works as it should. The support technician tried it on his machine and worked ok, installed firefox and it works. So something is messed up in I e 8. I even went to microsoft and did a repair on it with no luck.
