I generally search for the string subject within a mail like that, and
sometimes hold in the shift key the second time or two - ctrl + shift + F
when using jaws etc., type in string, hit enter to find first occurrence,
and the shift + F3 immediately after to then wrap around/jump to last
occurrence in message body.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] Is there a shortcut?
I recently received an e-mail that had about 25 "sent to" sitations, before
I got to the actual message.
Is there a shortcut around this type of situation?
Even better: Is there a way to avoid it all together. I'm looking for a
keyboard command, or whatever will do it.
