Why you want to do this? Vinux or ubuntu is another operating system not
just an
aplication. You may want to install it on a virtual machine (computer) using
virtual box or vmwarePlayer. With the executable file you can't do this. If
you don't want virtual machine you may want to install it as a real system
replacing or along with windows. But the iso should be burned to cd/dvd to
do this. Also you can use the cd as a live system without installing it.
You should red more about it before you install it as a second operating
system.
