My Dr. secretary's daughter is in college and has a very small lap top without
any cd drive. The kid uses it to write her reports. While on line a virus was
contracted. She took it to the school I T staff. instead of contacting Dell.
They removed word and now it is not covered by Dell’s warranty. Is there anyway
that she can download and reinstall the package without purchasing another copy?
