friend wants the bcc field available, she'll have to press alt b? With

I don't know if this has been suggested but, if you press, Alt + B, as in
Boy, this keystroke works as a toggle for showing or not showing the BCC
field. This keystroke will turn the BCC field on / off even with, All
Headers checked. Hope this helps. Take care.
