Hello Janie ; I sent this yesterday not sure if you got it. To save attachment in windows live mail do the following,
1, enter on the message, 2, press the alt-key, you'll hear home tab, 3, left arrow until you hear, Applications menu drop down grid, Press spacebar, 4, down arrow to save sub-menu, Right arrow to open, Now, arrow and choose save attachment, Press enter, Now, you can choose the destination for your folder. The default I believe is your name/my documents.
