If outlook is already configured then don't worry about it. Just cancel the
import.

Ok David or anyone else who would like to chime in.
I stated that wehn I enter in outlook, I get some sort of message, so I just
opened up outlook right now and here is what it said.
Microsoft Office Outlook
Outlook has detected a new account, would you like to import it?
This new account was found in Outlook Express or Windows Mail. It may have
been configured automatically by your Internet Service
Provider or you may have set up the account yourself. If you want Outlook to
use this account, it is necessary to import the account
first.
Yes No
Any takers?

Why not, it's your computer. The short answer in my opinion is yes.
