All you have to do when you are in the restore dialogue is do a Alt+M (more)
and the list will be populated for you.

Subject: [Blind-Computing] SYSTEM RESTORE WITH WINDOWS 7

Thanks to David Ferrin, I discovered the solution to this problem so I
wanted to share it with all of you.
If you have a Windows 7 system and you need to perform a system restore, the
Windows 7 program will try to choose a restore point for you. There is a
check box in an option called, "Choose recommended restore point." You
can't remove that check. That option might or might not work since the
restore might be only hours before the current time.
However, if you use the Jaws cursor, you can find an option that reads,
"Choose a different restore point." Confirm by pressing the left mouse
button directly above the 8 key on the keypad.
Then, a list of dates and times opens up. If you have a major problem as I
did with the latest Jaws build, choose a day as early as you can. Windows 7
doesn't give you a lot of options. Locate the date by moving down the list.
Confirm your choice by pressing Enter when the cursor is lined up on it.
>From that point on, the System Restore will operate normally. In this
regard, Windows XP was a much more user friendly system than Windows 7 is.
