Here are a couple things you can try: 1. Go to Control Panel Printers Arrow around until you find your printer. When it is highlighted, pres the applications key. Enter on the option to set this printer as default.
2. In MS Word, open the print menu. Alt N will bring you to the list of printers. Make sure your printer is selected before you print.
