Hi I did all of that. Yes IE is my same internet browser. It is IE 8 but it
is my same internet browser. I also checked in the view menu under the menu
bar and the option to read messages in html was not available. hth. from

I haven't used o e in a while and just kind of glanced through and tried to
remember. You could also see if internet explorer is still your default
internet browser. It can change at times. Hope this helps.

Hi Mitch. Look in options and make sure it is set to show as html instead
of
text.
