In my experience for each and every folder you create this change must be made where as in Outlook Express it only needs to be made once for each identity. I use outlook 2003 on windows 7 as my email client of choice but express on my XP systems so far. David Ferrin You do not need a parachute to skydive. Jenny, Changing anything in Outlook requires a bit of drama and patience. Here is how you change the message sort order. Press alt V for the view menu. Press enter on Arrange By. Go up to Current View and press enter. Go up to customize Current View and press enter. You will be in a dialog box. Press tab until you get to the Sort button and press enter. Press tab until you are in the sort order radio button. Arrow down to the choice you want and press enter. You may find that this setting is only set for the currently open mailbox and it may not be a globally saved setting. Hello all, Somehow when I open my e-mail my new messages are at the top instead of the bottom. How do I fix this? My e-mail program that I use is outlook 2003. All I did was plug my USB cable into my computer that came with my N86 phone so if someone that was going to call to help me with my phone the person wouldn't have to wait for me to plug in the cable. Seems strange that a USB cord would have changed the sequence of the way e-mail comes into the in-box. Again my e-mail program is outlook 2003 not outlook express.
