Hi.
As I am sometimes asked to assist clients on their home systems I am always on
the lookout for accessible software which can assist me with tasks such as PC
uninstallating of software, tune-up software, etc.
One of the things I'm looking for is a profiling program which can provide both
hardware and software info such as how fast is the processor on this computer,
what software is installed on it, etc. I really am looking for something like
Aida32; this is a fabulous program and I like the fact that I can run it from a
USB thumb drive but it is only compatible with XP. Well, it will work on
Windows 7 but it can't seem to detect which antivirus program is running on a
windows 7 machine, so it's not a perfect solution for more modern computers.
Can anyone recommend a portable program which provides this info which is easy
to use? I have several: SIW is one of them but I'd love something that feels
like Aida32.

David
