You can use the free audio editing program, Audacity, to record, edit, and
create MP3 podcast. It is available at the URL:
www.audacity.sourceforge.net
The program was described on our weekly, half hour radio show / podcast of
interest to people with low vision entitled ViewPoints. Look for episode
number 1107. More about the radio show and links to the podcasts can be
found by going to:

Audacity is very useable by JAWS and we use it extensively to edit audio
clips in this show.
