Hi Anna;

This is a zipped file & you have to unzip it to extract the Firefox folder.

To unzip it,do the following;

1. With the file highlighted press your applications / context menu key.

2. Arrow down to, extract all, & press enter.

3. The extraction Wizard opens, press the spacebar on this next button, now
to choose a folder where you would like to extract the files to by tabbing 1
time to
browse & press the spacebar.

4. After you have chosen where you would like to save the files, tab to,
next, & press the spacebar. When the files are finished being extracted you
will
get a dialogue box, tab to finish & press enter.

Now, you will have a folder named, Firefox Setup 3.6.17. Open this folder
and click on the, 3.6.17.exe file, & the program will start to run /
install.

Hope this helps.  Take care.
Mike
