Hi Jim; Try the following; 1. Press Insert / Jaws key + 6 , on the number row above the main keyboard, to open the Settings Center. 2. Press control, shift, + D, to open the Settings Center default all applications. 3. In the Search box / editt field type, block, & wait a second or 2 for the list to populate. 4. After the list populates, arrow down 1 time to, Indicate Block Quotations, press the spacebar to uncheck this box, tab to okay, press enter to save your changes, & close the settings center.
