Hello there; This is assuming you have the virtual ribbon feature turned on,
1, open WLM; 2, press alt-key, right arrow until you hear, Folders tab, 3, now down arrow 4 times until you hear; Groups sub-menu, Right arrow to open, you should now see, Message rules button. Note; When you press alt-key, and right arrow to folders tab, the first down arrow will be, Groups sub-menu, You keep down arrowing until you see the next group sub-menu.
