Jim, when you say it is working slowly, do you mean that the speech slows down or that it doesn't respond well to commands or key strokes? Since you're good with computers, I'd bet that the second scenario is the problem. It's possible that Jaws didn't pick up on the Outlook2007.jsf file and it's trying to operate using the default settings. That is just not going to happen since 2007 uses the ribbon displays which would play havoc with the Jaws 12 default settings. Other than that, I'm not sure since it is working fine on my own machine.
