Hi, I am running windows 7, home premium with jaws 12, on a 64 bit machine.I have a notice in my system tray that updates are available. So, I click the install button. The download gets to 50% complete and then stalls out. It keeps asking me to try again. I do and it still stalls out at 50% complete. How do I get windows update to download the update completely?
