Hello there;
To have the BCCfield to show in Outlook express do the following;
1, create new message, ctrl+n=new message,
2, now press alt+b=BCCField,
You should now see the BCCField.
The alt+b is like a toggle switch, one press turns the feature on, another
press turns feature off.
Another way to have the BCCField to show is;
1, ctrl+n=new message,
2, now press alt+v=view,
Now make sure that all headers is checked,

hi mike
not Francis but Yvonne
I was impressed with this as it is something I have learned here.
however one thing prevents me from doing this
the bcc field is not listed when I press the tab key
any idea on how I can get it in to the list as well as to from cc and
subject fields?
thank you
Yvonne

Hi Francis;
I do this all the time but, explaining it is going to be a bitch! LOL
LOL
The steps below are for XP & Outlook Express users.
Here we go;
You don't have to have the BCC field highlighted to do this but,
highlighting the BCC field is probably a good idea until you get used to
the
way it works.
1. After pressing control + F, to forward, control +N, for a new
message,
or
control + R, to reply, tab down to the BCC field to get ready to enter
your
recipients.
2. Press Alt + T, for tools, press the letter R, for select recipients,
&
tab 3 times to Address List, list view. You should be at the top of
your
address book list.
3. You can arrow down through the list or go by first letter navigation.
However you navigate the address book, whenever you have a name
highlighted
that you want enter into the Bcc field, press, Alt + B, on each name you
want to send this message to. Invoking the Alt + B keystroke is the
keystroke for adding names to the BCC field. Alternatively, invoking
the,
Alt +T keystroke will add names to the, To: field, & invoking the, Alt +
C
keystroke will add names to the, CC: field.
4. After you have added all the names you are sending this message to,
tab
8
times to the, List Bcc, List view, arrow down this list to make sure
that
you have included everyone you want to add. If all the people you want
are
there, tab 1 more time to, Okay, & press the spacebar.
5. Now, tab to the subject field, do whatever you have to do here, tab
to
the edit field, type in your message, & send as normal.
Hope this helps & doesn't scare you away from using the Bcc Field! It
gets
really easy after you do it a few times & get used to the way it works.
Take care.
Mike

Does anybody on this list know how to put the BCC component to send one
message to at least 20 people? Any help would be grreatly appreciated.
