Hi Alan,
Usually, it seems there is a standard depending on which type of
business you are in. For instance at the college I am attending, the
standard is times new roman twelve point black on white. So, not knowing the
standard for your business, I would suggest using JAWS key and the letter f,
or whichever key combination gives you the font information for your screen
reader. Check out a number of your colleagues E-Mails and pick the most
common features to match yours too.
God bless,
Mark

Subject: [Blind-Computing] What Font is most often used in Documents?
Dear Friends,
I want to set my Word 2007 "Normal Template", and want to set the font to
what is most often used in general office Correspondence.
May I ask you what font do you use and suggest?
I know Times Roman is most often used in email and such, and JAWS reads that
so well, but what about Correspondence to Sighted People, sort of like in a
"Official Capacity"?
Thanks for your help!
With Best Regards,
Alan
