Hi Angelina, While in your Inbox folder with no messages open, do the following;
1. Press Alt + V, for the fiew menu 2. Arrow down to Sort By, & press enter. 3. Arrow down to the From, option & press enter. Pressing enter will choose From, and take you out of the menues so, press alt + V, again to open the view menu & press enter on the Sort By option. 4. Arrow down to the,Ascending, option & press enter. This will put your messages in alphabetical order starting with the, A's, at the top & the, Z's, at the bottom. If you press enter on, Descending, the, Z's, will be at the top & the, A's will be at the bottom. Hope this helps. Take care.
