Hi Josh, Jaws, WindowEyes, and System Access all have solutions for remotely controlling another computer that is using the same screen reading technology. As far as I know, the only solution a blind person can use to control a computer not using a screen reader is System Access's Remote Incident Manager. Unfortunately, this is a pricey solution, roughly $99 a month. However, if you are working on several people's computers, it could be a good investment.
