Just tried it out using jaws12, firefox 3.5, and it seemed to work generally alright with webvisum - although didn't make sure result was actually valid as such.
When you started firefox did it initially tell you, you were connected to webvisum? If not, go to tools menu, arrow down to and hit enter on add ons menu item and make sure webvisum is enabled, etc. Then, on that page, I invoked context menu on something like: graphic get a new challenge Went down to and hit enter on solve captcha, and then waited around 30 seconds before it told me that the result had been copied to clipboard.
